We are looking for:

A passionate and a talented right and left brained UI/UX designer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Designing web-based and mobile user interfaces together with the manager, development teams and marketers, user researchers to define, understand and organize all parts of the applications
• Work closely with the teams teams through development and implementation cycles and design interfaces and interactions and create engaging, easy-to-use and beautiful design solutions that address complex business and user needs
• Gather requirements to analyze the user, the business needs and domain related to the project in order to set scope and interface strategies ; the domain can vary from project to project
• Track and analyze how users use the product, adjusting design and work flows based on feedback
• Developing and updating the mockups, prototypes, UI specifications, work flows and wire frame sites, and other necessary documents in user experience design , according to the projects requirements
• Grow within the team along by contributing with ideas and solutions to the final product

Requirements:

• HTML5/ CSS3/ XHTML Several years of experience in UX design or in designing usability interfaces (from ideas to UX wires to final comps)
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX and visual design across mobile and desktop products with examples of using "user centered design"
• Advanced experience with application design and any other tools of the trade used in UI design. (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic principles of UCD (user centered design) and User Experience Design
• Research and user orientation, the ability to understand users, what motivates and what meets their needs
• Communicate by graphics and visual structures from abstract or complex ideas and concepts all the way through to front-end implementation
• Excellent communication skills within cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English
