HR Specialist
Job requirement
We are looking for:
Talented and motivated HR Specialist
Duties and responsibilities:
- HR administration activities: maintaining personnel files with all relevant records; ensuring job descriptions are prepared, up-to-date and relevant
- Recruitment and selection activities: preparing job advertisements and ensuring that their distribution is appropriately targeted; managing the selection and interview process
- Career development activities: clarifying the strengths of employees, individual career planning according to the needs of the company development
- Advising and consulting the management on all aspects of people management issues in order to identify and develop the appropriate HR interventions, solutions, programs and projects
- Implementing HR policies and procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in HR activity
- Experience in recruitment and selection of employees, HR administration and payroll
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology or HR Management
- Extremely good communication skills
- Strong sense of self-discipline and be well organized
- Excellent consulting and facilitation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in working with frameworks such as Laravel or other MVC-based frameworks
- E-commerce experience
